One person didn't like JAL because he and his wife were delayed 24+ hours. He said "No food was provided except a $20 voucher which would not buy us a hamburger each!"
While, one person loved JAL because seat has the right amount of privacy and is very comfortable in both seat and bed positions.food was perfectly prepared and presented with very high quality wiines. Moreover, cabin crew very friendly and attentive and present at all times.
